Service Areas

We are based in Portland and work across the metro area on the Oregon side of the Columbia. East of the city, Gresham and Happy Valley mix established neighborhoods with newer subdivisions climbing the slopes. To the west, Beaverton and Hillsboro in Washington County have large planned neighborhoods, business parks and plenty of commercial lots. South along I-5 and the Willamette, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie and Oregon City bring hillside homes, older river towns and busy retail centers. Driveways connecting to state highways or county roads go through ODOT or the county, and Gresham handles its own right-of-way, so the permit path depends on the address.
